The aim of the research is to assess supervision needs of social workers working in the field of immigration. Within the scope of the research, interviews were conducted with 17 social worker working with refugees and persons living under temporary protection. Interviews were conducted in the form of face-to-face and telephone interviews. Open-ended questions were directed to the participants in the interviews performed by using semi-structured interview technique; they were asked to share their opinions within the scope of such titles as their thoughts about supervision, anxiety that they feel about the cases they encounter, occupational competence and case management. Their sharings were evaluated within the scope of supervision need of social workers working in the field of immigration. In the context of the evaluation, it was seen that social workers working in the field of immigration need supervision support in the issues such as occupational competence, difficulties in case management process, living ethical dilemma, having difficulty in finding opportunity of constant professional consultation with the effect of their field of study when they first started the profession. The importance of the study lies on the fact that it reveals the supervision need of the professionals who are working as social workers in the field of immigration in Turkey.
