A CONCEPTUAL RESEARCH ON LEAN ORGANIZATION AND LEAN THOUGHT

Abstract

Lean concept refers to a business management system that allows all kinds of organizations. Lean systems help businesses find proactive solutions in the face of problems they may face. Lean applications are manifested in many areas. In the case of lean organization, the enterprises that actually adopt a lean manufacturing approach are considered. It can be said that the enterprises that act with a lean production approach may differ from many enterprises in the sector, especially in terms of managerial understanding, efficiency and profitability from others. Or they can be said with a shorter expression. In this study, the concept of lean organization and the advantages that will be provided will be included in the literature. The concept of lean organization refers to structures that have the ability to get rid of all unnecessary details and move faster. In case of lean organizations, it is possible to respond quickly to errors, to correct errors immediately, but to respond more quickly to customer requests. The aim of the study is to contribute to the formation of lean consciousness in enterprises by giving information about the concept of lean organization.
