The aim of this research is to reveal teacher views on the intimidation behaviors experienced in schools. The research was based on the scan model. The survey included 39 questions that Korkmaz developed for his master's thesis in 2015 as a data collection tool. The research universe consists of the first and secondary school teachers in Samsun’s Çarşamba, Vezirkopru, İlkadim, Yakakent districts in 2016-2017 academic year. The sample was applied to 117 teachers in the Vezirkopru, İlkadım, Yakakent and Çarşamba districts, using a simple selflless sampling method The data were processed in the SPSS data analysis program and the results were obtained through the arithmetic mean, Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis test.According to the research results, the levels of intimidation exposure of primary and secondary school teachers were found to be very low. The general average of the intimidation behavior has measured to “very seldom” with an average of 1,22 It has been identified as the mobbing behaviors that have been most complained of, restricting the possibility of self-disclosure, disregard of opinions and recommendations, and retention of information that will affect performance. There has been a meaningful relationship between intimidation behavior and age and intimidation behavior and seniority.There was no meaningful relationship between intimidation behavior and marital status,gender,branch,education Keywords: Intimidation, secondary school, primary school, Teacher
