Reviewer Guideline
The referee should first check the file sent to him/her and make sure that the file is opened without any problems. The referee should inform the editor whether he/she can evaluate the study or not, considering the evaluation period for the study and the suitability of the subject of the study for him/herself, within the time period given to him/her. If the referee thinks that he/she cannot evaluate the study for any reason (conflict of interest, field suitability, etc.), he/she should inform the editor that he/she cannot evaluate the study. However, if the referee thinks that he/she can evaluate the article objectively, he/she should approve the evaluation of the article and evaluate the article within the time period given to him/her and report the evaluation file to the editorial board.
