One of the aims of the education system is to provide individual and social peace and happiness by adopting the basic values of all individuals in society and making them into personality. To achieve this goal by educators for members of society to society accepted rules, behavior, values and attitudes are required to transmit. The purpose of this study is to examine the opinions of class teachers on the factors that are effective in education values in elementary school. The research is in the descriptive scanning model and qualitative data collection method is used. The study group of the study consisted of 25 teachers working in the central district of Batman province. Research data was obtained by semi - structured interview form. Descriptive analysis technique was used in analyzing the data. According to the results of the research, classroom teachers view family, teacher, implicit program, social environment and mass media as important factors in value education. In addition, the participants have made proposals such as cooperating with the school and the family for the education of qualified values, organizing activity-based activities in value education, organizing educational activities for the parents, being a model of school personnel, receiving in-service training of managers and teachers in value education and receiving feedback from teachers.
