Abstract

Hospitals often lose their image due to poor services and mismanagement. The employee's performance on green hospital is based on responses to environmental problems for hospitals, such as management's actions in the process of using natural resources efficiently and effectively. Some variables that are expected to affect the employee's performance on green hospital are; leadership is cultural values ​​and motivation. The aim of the study is to gain knowledge and reveal the direct effects of leadership, cultural values ​​and motivation on the performance of the employee in the green hospital. The research is a cross-sectional questionnaire written using a quantitative approach and applying a path analysis. The results show that leadership, cultural values ​​and motivation have a direct impact on the employee's performance on the green hospital. It is concluded that the employee's performance on green hospital is affected by leadership, cultural values ​​and motivation.
