Customer expectations are increasing day by day in a changing and developing technological world. Meeting customer expectations requires increasing the development opportunities of the employees in the institutions and an effective training planning for the employees. In this study, training and development policy for the bank's employees who evaluated them according to the size of the number of branches operating in Turkey were examined. Research data from the Banks Association of Turkey (TBB), the official website of the bank, data from annual reports submitted by the banks has been obtained and analyzed using content classifications completed. The training and development opportunities that banks offer to their employees have been evaluated and differences and similarities have been examined. In the study, suggestions for training and development policies are included.
