This study aims to determine whether self-esteem has an impact on green organizational behaviour. To do this, we carried the research out on a total of 159 employees selected by the sampling method on the employees in the logistics sector. In order to measure self-esteem, we used “Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (RSES)”, developed by Rosenberg (1965) and adapted into Turkish by Doğru and Peker (2004) whereas we used “Green Organizational Behaviour Scale” developed by Erbaşı (2019) to measure green organizational behaviour. We analysed the data of the study using correlation and regression tests for linear relationships using parametric tests. According to the findings, we found out that self-esteem predicts green organizational behaviour in a significantly positive way.
