In today's world where change is rapidly changing, universities play a major role in educating technology literate individuals with the skills required by the participant and the age. The effective contribution of information technologies to the teaching-learning process is inevitable. The aim of this study is to determine the motivation levels of vocational high school students regarding technology literacy and to determine whether it changes in terms of gender, type of high school graduated, education department, class and academic average. The study group consists of 261 students studying at Kocaeli University Vocational High Schools. It is possible to say that the students' knowledge, attitudes and behaviors required for technology literacy have been developed in accordance with the gains related to Technology Literacy. The information collected through the ‘Personal Information Form tarafından prepared by the researcher and the Ok Technology Literacy Scale miş developed by Yiğit, E. (2011) revealed that students' technology literacy levels did not differ according to demographic variables.
