The changes caused by these fluctuations have moved to different positions some European countries, especially those with strong economies. In this study, clustering analysis, which is one of the multivariate statistical methods that aims to group by taking the characteristics of the primary target objects into consideration, is used to evaluate the situation. Theoretical information on clustering analysis is presented and k-means method is used when applying the method. In this study, unemployment rate, GDP, export / import ratio data of European Union Member States and Turkey between 2013- 2017, taking into account ,are determined their economic grouping of countries for each year.
