CHILDHOOD CALL TRAUMS IN TWO-TRAINED DİSORDER

Abstract

Bipolar Disorder (BD) is a chronic, life-long recurrence and remission that leads to recurrent depressive, manic or mixed episodes involving both, without any particular order, and which can turn into a highly healthy emotional state is a public health problem. Psychosocial stresses can change the neurobiology of existing bipolar disorder over time; there are studies showing that traumatic events increase not only the appearance of bipolar disorder but also the course and appearance of attacks, increase the rate of suicide attempts in these patients, and often accompany additional diagnoses. In children with traumatic experiences, bipolar disorder begins at an earlier age and these patients have more mood swings and more comorbidities. In this article, the relationship between bipolar disorder and childhood trauma has been examined.
