Rapidly changing global conditions and macroeconomic balances affect stock prices, which in turn cause large changes in investors' trading decisions. In this respect both securities exchanges and investor decisions find direction. Another factor affecting the stocks's purchase and sale decision are basic and technical anlaysis that investors have made. With the help of these methods investors try to determine the price ranges and trends of the securities and according to this, they do businesses. Therefore, in this study, it is emphasized the importance of factors and analyzes that affect securities stocks and investor decisions. History and nature of securities exchanges, analyzes used in stock investments and the macroeconomic factors affecting the stock market are mentioned in this research.
