In this article, we are going to discuss the essence of logic and its importance in Wittgenstein from the perspective of reality. For this reason, Wittgenstein’s basic views concerning logic have been discussed. The connection of logic between language and the World, the border lines of logic and its transcendentality are some of the main topics. İndeed Wittgenstein is an important figure who constitutes the second period of the Analitic Philosophy. Wittgenstein’s philosophy has some similarities with the Kantian Philosophy. Kant tried to limit the thought, whereas Wittgenstein tries to limit the language, instead of limiting thought. This, in reality, is also an effort to limit the thought through language. The main reason why Wittgenstein tries to limit the language and hence the thought is to separate the sayable and the unsayable. İn this way, Wittgnestein thinks that he has brought a solution to all the problems that Philosophy has been dealing with. Because according to him, all of these philosophical problems have arisen from the misunderstanding of the logic of language. İn this article, Our aim is to discuss the problem of logic in Wittgenstein.
