A STUDY ON ORGANIZATIONAL STRESS RESOURCES OF BANK EMPLOYEES

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to reveal the organizational stress sources of bank employees and to suggest solutions to prevent them from being negatively affected as a result. The survey method was used in the survey and the questionnaires were applied in a private bank operating in Gaziantep province. The questionnaire forms were handed out to the specimen in the data collection process. The analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaires was made by using "SPSS 23.0" statistical package software.
