Establishing institutions, businesses, and in a particular order, individuals (entrepreneurs, managers, staff) in ways that are not affiliated with managed businesses where the validity of certain rules is fixed. These businesses are more long-lasting they are, operate more efficiently, it is safer to look into the future employees. Produce quality output in terms of manufactured goods and services. The purpose of this study is; Establishment of companies in the Uşak Organized Industrial Zone by categorizing the enterprises into SME categories (enterprises employing workers between 25-250), determination of the level of institutionalization according to certain criteria in these enterprises and establishment of awareness about the necessity of institutionalization in enterprises that are not institutionalized yet. Medium-sized enterprises operating in the industrial area of Uşak will be explored and examined in terms of institutionalism. The scope of this work is the stage of determining the need for institutionalization. This work may contribute to the same area as the other focal point. Therefore, it is thought that this study will contribute firstly to Uşak economy and then to the economy of the country in terms of order and discipline. As the corporate social responsibility feelings will have a higher contribution to the environment, university students and institutional investors will be trained as internship opportunities and experience. On the other hand, customers and potential customers will be happy with the trust created by corporate enterprises. Enterprises that operate in a longevity and in a certain order will be able to gain important momentum as a positive example for new enterprises
