The aim of the study is to measure the green growth performance of the G7 countries, which dominate the majority of the world economy, with the Entropy based ELECTRE method, over the values of the Global Green Growth Index for 2019, which is the latest and current. In the research, firstly, the importance levels of the Global Green Growth Index dimensions were measured according to the countries within the scope of the Entropy method, and the importance levels of these dimensions were listed as green economic opportunities, social inclusion, natural capital protection, and effecient and sustainable resource use. Secondly, the green growth performances of the countries were calculated with the Entropy-based ELECTRE method. According to the findings, the final ranking of the net harmony and mismatch rankings of the green growth performances of the countries according to the rank dominance theory was observed as Germany, France-England-Japan, Italy-Canada and the USA. In this context, it has been evaluated that the USA should develop strategies that will increase its green growth performance in order to be in harmony with other countries in terms of green growth performance, since the green growth performance of the USA is lower than that of other countries.
