Although the Covid-19 epidemic, which has affected every level of our lives, has not yet been overcome, it is predicted that it will change our lifestyles and habits for a long time after it is over. In this research, the problems faced by the principals and vice principals working in schools during the Covid-19 process, what is being done in the fight against these problems and what should be done for a more effective solution are mentioned, and the views of the administrators who are actively working during the epidemic process are included. A qualitative study was conducted in the form of phenomenology. The data of the research were obtained from the answers given to the semi-structured interview form from the study group consisting of a total of 15 school administrators, 3 principals and 12 deputy principals, working in Battalgazi and Yeşilyurt schools, two central districts of Malatya in the 2020-2021 academic year. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the administrators of the educational institutions were adversely affected by this process, that the part of the process so far was welcomed, especially the flexible working arrangements, that the main problem would arise after the school was opened, and that closing the schools was the right decision.
