The Covid-19 pandemic has enabled global values to be reconsidered. It has turned its eyes to the national and the global again. The Covid-19 pandemic has allowed the effects of increasing technological developments to be re-evaluated. Thus, it has made the effects of technology visible in shaping the society. This study aims to evaluate the Covid-19 outbreak process using theories of communications theorist McLuhan. In the study, firstly, what Covid-19 is was defined. Later, McLuhan's theory was mentioned. Finally, what happened during the Covid-19 pandemic process was evaluated in line with the existing theory in line with observations.
