Abstract

It is necessary for every nation in the history to pass through many historical periods in order to be a nation and to continue its life as a nation. This is not an easy thing to do in 1 or 2 centuries. This time zone, which must be passed in order for the nations to come to fruition, has become a necessary factor in the formation of the Kazakh nation. The formation of a size and social organization of the Kazakhs has been formed through very difficult periods. There are many opinions put forward on the Kazakh territories from the time of the Kazakh people to the domination of the province, and these opinions will be taken into consideration in this investigation. In order to be knowledgeable about a nation's language, it is necessary to have knowledge about that nation as a priority. Because language is a concept that develops and changes with the social, economic, political and cultural structure of the nation. Therefore, in order to have knowledge about Kazakh language, it is firstly necessary to know a little bit about the name of Kazakh, history of Kazakh, history of Kazakhstan and today. The question of exactly when and how the word ‘Qazaq’, which is the name of the Kazakh people who have been in possession of the Kazakh country for many years, has been studied by many scholars. There are dozens of definitions and researches in the fields of history and language science that cover a very broad period of the Kazakh name. The opinions put forward about the root of the Kazakh name constitute another aspect of this research.
