The aim of this study is to examine the impact of Financial Technologies (FinTech) on financial management and services. Developments in FinTech have driven innovation in financial services, supporting the management not only of daily needs but also of future trends. In this context, by reducing the costs of financial services, it has enabled access for user groups at both national and international levels. In this study, the “Qualitative Holistic Scientific Method” was employed, and within this framework, use was made of articles, theses, internet sources, books and similar written works, particularly those relevant to field research studies with appropriate content. The dataset for this study covers the period 2015–2025, comprising a total of 47 studies—43 in English and 4 in Turkish—found in the “Web of Science (WOS)”, “Google Scholar” and “TR Dizin” databases; of these, 3 are books, 1 is a report, 2 are theses, 1 is a conference paper and 40 are journal articles. To ensure compliance with the criteria, the articles were screened based on the database, year of publication, research method, and the keywords “Digitalisation”, “Financial Technologies”, “Financial Management”, “Financial Services”, “Competitive Advantage” and “Sustainability”. An analysis of the findings of scientific research conducted at both international and national levels has revealed that the Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered services provided by FinTech companies are developing rapidly in the market; these services are utilised in the financial services sector—including loans, mobile payments, fundraising, money transfers, and asset and property management, and that technological advancements have become a key tool in meeting the constantly evolving needs of both individuals and businesses.
