Abstract


THE AFFECT OF THE CYNICISM AND ORGANIZATIONAL CYNICISM ON JOB INVOLVEMENT: A SAMPLE STUDY IN HOTEL WORKERS OF KONYA CITY

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of general cynicism and organizational cynicism on the job involvement of employees. The questionnaires of the study were applied on a total of 350 hotel employees working in Konya province. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 program. As a result of the analyzes, it was seen that organizational cynicism was insufficient to explain the job involvement., A positive and weak relationship was found between general cynicism and job involvement. In addition, there was a positive and weak relationship between organizational cynicism and general cynicism.
